Do we have unresolved conflicts with our previous or even perhaps our comprehension of our life, or our purpose?

Do we feel inner calm and peace that supports and promotes our utmost quality of life?

Being Spiritually unwell means that where we go, or what we do, or that we're with, our happiness, our wellbeing is just temporary.

Eventually, We always fall back into some confusion or despair, like using a splinter in our heads that inevitably returns to hurt or distress.
