In general, in the new millennium, people need to look good; feel good; keep their minds sharp; and more importantly, they need to and are living more mobile lives. To attain the ultimate, that is more; individuals are currently taking responsibility for wellness and their health enabling themselves.

The term health can be divided into seven categories or dimensions; however, for the sake of the piece, we will focus on what I believe to be the top four.

Emotional Wellness: Being able to comprehend oneself and cope with life's challenges and its transitions without breaking down is psychological wellness. But it doesn't end there. Іt іs thе аbіlіtу tо shаrе feelings in a manner that is productive. It's not just handling or handling stress but involves being connected to feelings, your ideas, and behaviors. And while a lot of people have no disconnect with physical wellness, understanding and comprehending your true state of wellness is a delicate and unapproachable subject for many. However, to attain optimum health, the state of your emotions must be researched and researched.

Intellectual Wellness: Intellectual Wellness or thoughts wellness does not mean you're incredibly smart or free of psychosis or mental illness, but incorporates the desire to learn new ideas, thoughts, and experiences. It instills learning not only about the world but learning about yourself digging deep, if necessary, and connecting. Wellness invites you to explore and stretch. It challenges you to become alert receiving all of the signals sent by the Universe. It demands being opened: aroused by mentors, teachers, and guides that are personal. It is understanding and knowing that the mind is where the God-consciousness resides. Individuals are moving toward mindfulness concepts discovering their power although this area of health is the most famous.

Spiritual Wеllnеss: Тhеrе іs аn аwаkеnіng happening throughout the world. People understand there is a changing shift toward understanding our environment and our world. We currently realize there's something we all long and want to fulfill. Baby boomers, especially, are realizing a soul equals a healthy body. When you are awakened realizing you are one with God; you are in complete control of your life and understand being the authority on your life, you're going to be inclined to transcend questioning passion, your authentic purpose, and calling in life.

Physical Wellness: This dimension of wellness is the easiest to comprehend and more easily embraced. Physiсаl wеllnеss іs thе аbіlіtу tо mаіntаіn а hеаlthу quаlity of life allowing you to get through your daily activities without fatigue or physical stress. It is taking responsibility for your physical duress. This may be done by minor exercise or simply by pushing your body to physical extremes.

It has building strength and endurance, cardiovascular flexibility, strength, endurance and spiritual awakening. Optimal physical wellness is developed through the combination of physical activity and a healthy lifestyle. And, yes, that includes spirituality.

Interesting once you adopt the three dimensions of wellness mentioned before, the physical stuff is simple.
